Each one of us is able to tap into an endless supply of mental peace and happiness. Modern Buddhism presents the meditations and positive thinking techniques we need to achieve this goal. At this event, you will learn special methods to transform your life, freeing yourself from negative emotions, and making joy and happiness your everyday reality.

with Richard Batty, teacher of Modern Kadampa Buddhism. He uses his experience of integrating meditation into daily life to present teachings in a clear and highly practical way.


WHAT TO BRING?

You can sit on a chair or a cushion according to your preference. You can also bring a notebook to take notes during the activity.

Meals: no meals are served during the workshop.
